Man kann schon. Die Bedeutung davon ist aber implementierungsabhaengig,
und auf einem Unix-System ist der exit-Status ein Wert zwischen 0 und 
255,
d.h. aus -1 (2er Komplement-Darstellung) wird dort 255.

Zahlendarstellungen werden doch noch in Info-A gemacht, oder?
